HEPHEX›CUSTOMISATION

HEPHEX // CUSTOMISATION · THE PREMISE

No two Hephex
installations are alike.

The software is built around your company: the customisation reaches down from the logic of the business and the flow of the process to the page layouts, the colours and the size of every button.

If it can be imagined, Hephex can build it.

The adjusting is always on the software's side. Your company does not change how it works to fit it.

IN PRACTICE 01

Your language

The names your company gives things

Every company has its own vocabulary, and software that forces people to translate it loses them in the first week. The names of the modules, the menus and the states are yours, not ours. If your people call it something else, that is what the system calls it too.

  • The name of each module and each menu
  • The states each product or service passes through
  • Terminology gathered in step 02, the conversation
IN PRACTICE 02

Your flow

The stages, in the order they exist

Process stages are configured from the ground up around your company's processes, in the order they actually happen. A work item moving between stages follows the real path of your operation, not a generic one your operation has to bend around.

  • Production stages configured to the measure of the operation
  • Work items move between stages along your path
  • Configured at installation, included from the start
IN PRACTICE 03

Your rules

Calculations, margins and alerts

Calculations and margins follow your company's policy, and they are explicit and open to audit. No figure appears without your being able to see where it came from: the honesty of the numbers is a product decision, not an implementation detail.

  • Your company's calculations, margins and rules
  • Explicit numbers, with no black box deciding for you
  • Alerts fire where your operation needs them
IN PRACTICE 04

Who sees what

Permissions and dashboard

Each member's permissions are designed with the company: who sees what, and who may change it. And what appears on the dashboard is what matters to the person looking at it, in the order it matters to them.

  • Permissions per member, configured at installation
  • The dashboard shows what each person needs to see
  • What should not appear at all does not appear
IN PRACTICE 05

The look of it

Layout, colours and sizes

Customisation does not stop at behaviour. The layout of each page, the colours, the type sizes and the order in which things appear are adjusted too. On a screen out on the production floor, a button that is slightly too small is a real problem.

  • The layout of each page
  • Colours and type sizes
  • The order in which things appear
THE CONSEQUENCE

Why this fits any sector

Customisation is not an add-on

Fitting practically any industry is not a vague promise: it is the direct consequence of building each system to measure instead of limiting you to ours. It is in step 05 of the process that proven modules are shaped to your flows and your terminology, and that is why the result settles into operations that look nothing like one another.

  • Proven modules as a starting point, never as a destination
  • The adaptation happens in the process, not in a settings screen
  • See step 05 of the process →

Tell us and we build it

If what you need does not exist yet, it comes in as a new module, placed in one of the four tiers. The first step is still a demonstration of the real system, with no commitment.
