We talk to management and to the people on the floor, to understand how the work actually gets done: what runs well, what gets stuck, what still lives on paper or only in someone's head, and which manual tasks are repetitive enough that they no longer need doing by hand. We do not arrive with a template. We arrive asking questions.
What we hear turns into a diagnosis with a name for every problem: where the shop floor loses time, where information drops between one station and the next, and what can be automated. The report is honest, including the parts not worth building at all.
The diagnosis becomes, together, a plan of priorities: what gets solved first, what comes next, and what each phase delivers. It is agreed before development starts, so you always know what is being built, in what order, and why.
